I am from Montana and got into smoking after tracking the smell of a pit smoker for blocks. After seeing and smelling what the smoker produced, I had to have one. I weld and fabricate for a hobby, so after three big smokers, I have kept one long enough to use it. I built a reverse flow design. One thing I always put on my cookers is some chrome, usually in the form of the stacks. I have used stacks from trucks and Harley's. smoking meat is a blast and am having a lot of fun trying different meats. Attached is a photo of my latest smoker and some of the build pictures.
