Hello all. I've been smoking for a few years now but just bought a new and much bigger and different smoker.
I've been using a Cookshack Elite which I absolutely love. But I wanted a bigger one and well, I certainly can't afford a big Cookshack! Picked up a Greasy Hills Custom 401, which is a large stickburner for those who don't know.
Used the 401 once so far and it's definitely going to be a learning curve from electric and just some wood chunks.
Glad to be here and gain some insight from the veterans.
