North Central Iowa
Hey Guys- New guy from North Central Iowa.  Bought my smoker a few months ago. Got a MES 30.  Lovin it so far!  I think I have used it every weekend since I got it. LOL.  So far have done Ribs a few times, pork chops, pork loin, pulled pork, chicken quarters, and everything has turned out pretty good.  Tried a baked bean recipe I got from here too.  O-yea, 4 fatties so far.  Love those things!!   Sunday I smoked a 6 lb prime rib that turned out awesome!!

I can see I am going to have to start taking pictures for the Q view.  Sorry none as of now.  Will work on that.  Have already learned a ton on here before joining.  I got my AMNPS on Tuesday, so I am hoping to try that out this weekend.

Welcome to the forum Krantz. Although from the UK my first experiences of real BBQ were, believe it or not, in Marshalltown Iowa over 20 years ago. Iowa has a lot to answer for as I have been hooked on it ever since...
