Hello all. My name is Skipp  and I am from Hohenfels (Germany/Bavaria,) .

I am all in to this smoked and homemade sausage/ham. I love the american bbq sauces and the way they Barbecue, since there is a big difference between german barbeque and americans.

But we might have also some interesting things for you guys over the ocean.

Looking forward to learn some new things from you, and if you have some question about creating Bavarian Bratwurst fill free to get in contact.

Thx

PS: please excuse my writing/gramar.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and windy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome Skipp.

We would like to find out more about your Bratwurst recipe. Also about other "wursts": leberwurst (love organ sausages) mettwurst (especially the spreadable type).

atomicsmoke,

Thanks for the warm welcome. Recipe is not a problem, will you be able to use grams because we don't use cups in Germany. If not I will check to find something in aunt GOOGLE.
