Hello everyone, I am checking in from the big city of Cusseta Alabama. I have been smoking meats for several years and always look for new information and ways of doing things. My Smokers are a Pecos from Academy that I have built into a trailered smoker and a Chargriller Vertical electric that I do smaller stuff in. Both are great for the jobs they do. I am wanting to learn more about sausage making. I am sure I can find plenty of questions and maybe even offer up an answer or two.
