All, My name is Brian from the Dallas\FTW area. I just purchased a Masterbuilt 20051311 GS30D 2-Door Propane Smoker. I have been doing chickens and ribs in my grill for some time but just cannot get the temps low enough. I have even had chicken flambe a few times. My brother had a smoker and did a turkey and ribs, they were great. I am looking for any good forums or info on smoking tips\tricks\supplies. Are there local stores that you can get chunks vs chips? I have always used chips. BTW cars are my thing, hence the user name Fast4drss.
