been reading here for a while. I've got an MES 30 with an AMNPS. I also have a broilmaster built in natural gas grill in the side yard and a Napoleon 450 natural gas in the backyard by the pool.

I got into smoking because my wife and I volunteer at a small second chance school in the south Dallas hood (the "215").

We cook lunch for 25 16-25 year olds 1-2 times per month and it is usually pulled pork. They usually tear through two shoulders, so I decided to start smoking it instead of cooking it in the roaster oven like I used to.

I get to experiment on them, and we both like it :)

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a hot, cloudy and humid day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
