Hello All - I've been lurking this forum via Google searches. Its been so helpful I figured it was ridiculous not to join. Ive been a Weber Kettle warrior for many years but have had the desire to leap into something different. Recently purchased a Pit Barrel Cooker... was a bit intimidated by offsets. I have had 2 runs on it so far - Bacon Wrapped sausage and a Pork shoulder. Being extremely pleased with the results and motivated as ever to produce some good eats.
