Hallo all.got a basic charcoal smoker for Christmas last year and finely used it couple months ago.found it frustrating to keep the temperature where I needed it ( though I did smoked polish sausage and bacon wrapped meatloaf). Went to cabelas.ca and purchased electric mastercraft smoker and I am hopelessly addicted. Made saveral types of sausage and have 8 lbs.pork loin dry marinading in the fridge now.6 more days to go.I live in winnipeg,manitoba,canada.for you down south yes it can get cold here.right now it's very nice out -10*C. on a cold day I saw -52*C on the outside thermometer. I love dogs-have 2 right now golden retriever and yellow lab. When I was younger did some hunting, gave it up for a time-young family - then my middle son started and I'm back in. Bow hunter .lol.no luck yet.name is Vince.I was born in checkoslovakia in 52 .will see everyone soon by for now.
