Hallo all.got a basic charcoal smoker for Christmas last year and finely used it couple months ago.found it
frustrating to keep the temperature where I needed it ( though I did smoked polish sausage and bacon wrapped
meatloaf). Went to cabelas.ca and purchased electric mastercraft smoker and I am hopelessly addicted. Made
saveral types of sausage and have 8 lbs.pork loin dry marinading in the fridge now.6 more days to go.I live in winnipeg, manitoba, canada.for you down south yes it can get cold here.right now it's very nice out -10*C.
on a cold day I saw -52*C on the outside thermometer. I love dogs-have 2 right now golden retriever and yellow lab. When I was younger did some hunting, gave it up for a time-young family - then my middle son started and I'm back in. Bow hunter .lol.no luck yet.name is Vince.I was born in checkoslovakia in 52 .will see everyone soon by for now.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a chilly and dreary day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
