Hello everyone, new guy from Alberta Canada, new to this forum, started lurking the other day as I am looking at building an offset reverse flow. (24” x 70”) They are definitely not common up here so I am creeping the forum for some ideas I guess. Been cooking very regular on Big Green Eggs for years now, have a Bradly electric that I use for doing bacon and jerky. Enjoy cooking outdoors year round and I’m excited to add an offset that can be used for larger functions.
