new guy, enjoying the threads

Hello all, I've been smoking since about 08' first bought a smoke hollow electric smoker after watching and learning a little from friends smoke with various types.I guess I enjoy the anticipation as much as the food. I generally just cook for family and friends and have had much success with the smoke hollow smoker. Although I have went through two over the last 8 yrs. or so, they are relatively inexpensive here in Indiana. Brisket,pork,turkey,chicken,chuck roast,meatloaf,fish,ribs and prime rib are the main meats that I've smoked. A cousin of mine recommended this site as his father enjoys using it and has told him about it so I thought I'd check it out. Looking forward to sharing.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
