Hi everyone,

I've been doing a lot of reading on the forum the past few months.  Finally was able to acquire a 30" Masterbuilt Electronic Smoker over the weekend.  I did the seasoning this past weekend, but looking forward to next weekend to try making something (I just hope the weather for next weekend improves over what they are calling for now).

Lots of great recipes and help, looking forward to learning a lot more from this forum (as well as my good friend trial and error).
