New guy checking in.

New guy with a new smoker checking in. Been wanting to try my hand at smoking for a while now, finally broke down and bought a smoker Saturday morning. I found a great deal on a Masterbuilt electric 40. I seasoned it Saturday afternoon and broke it in with a couple of spare rib slabs Sunday.

My ribs turned out really good, but I still have a lot to learn, and thats why I'm here.

A lil about me.... I live in Tennessee (go vols), married with two children, Grown Son out on his own and a 17 year old Daughter still at home.

Look forward to learning as much about smoking as I can. I can already tell how addictive this is going to be.
