My name is Matt and I am brand new to smoking. I have always admired it and love good food. I live in Eastern North Carolina and I travel for work, mainly stay around the east coast though. I oversee construction, remodels, new stores, etc for a large company.
As hobbies, I like to cook, shoot (recreationally), hunting, fishing, my truck & 4-wheeler, outdoors, and being around family and friends.
I am using an MES 30 as my smoker and after all of the research and reading, I use an AMNPS!
Looking forward to learning a lot, and enjoying some delicious smoked grub!
