Hi all! New to this site.we have been smoking for about 2 years now on an old smoker a friend gave us. Not sure what brand it is but has box on the side. Looking to move to over under as a Christmas gift but having hard time finding one. Live in North East TN. We have to date done Pork shoulders, Prime Rib, made our own Sausage, Salmon, but our prize has been our Maple Bourbon and Sundries tomato and garlic bacon. Any help on the over under would be great. Looking forward to chatting, sharing and learning.

Welcome from SC. This is a great site with lots of good folks who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. You should be able to find the Old Country over and under at Academy Sports.

Good luck and good smoking, Joe
