Hey I'm 27, female, just bought me a Bradley digital smoker for the hell of it and I can't stop fishing for new recipes and trying new marinades, brines for the meat I've been buying. I did a few trial and error on my salmon, but finally I have NAILED the perfect recipe for absolutely amazing candied maple
Salmon nuggets. Totally off the hook, not to toot my own horn!! everyone whose tried it has offered to buy it off me so I've decided I might start making it to sell at the local farmers mArket. I am a plumber by trade, an avid smoker just recently and I can't seem to get enough. I just made beef jerky with a tenderloin i got from Costco. Used a meat slicer to cut em real thin, marinaded the meat for 3 days and used alder and hickory bisquettes to smoke. Hope everyone's day is going swell!!!

Welcome to the board! You know you're going to get more rigs, like a Weber. Curiosity will draw you like a moth to the flame.

I've never combined salmon and sugar, I just don't have a sweet tooth. I go more toward dill salt and black pepper.
