New gal from Mississippi

I love smoked food! I love to deer hunt and have gotten more involved in processing my own deer that I harvest. I look forward to trying some new techniques with that meat, but I joined the forum to learn about the basics of smoking, and then more involved approaches to smoking. I live in central Mississippi and I just bought a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker to replace a smaller one that I had that died. I love the new one!
