Hello all,

Been lurking for a while, learned a lot, figured it was time to introduce myself. Thank you all for the wonderful info that I have already found.

My name is Tony and I'm from the Green Bay, WI area (GO PACK!

).

I have a propane GOSM big block, modified to be able to use either propane (with needle valve mod) or electric (digital control), insulated the box, added a smoke stack, added sausage hanging racks at the top of the box, installed removable shelves, and probably a few I've forgot about.

I'm still pretty new to smoking, i've done several batches of sausage, jerky, and a brisket. I'm really looking to branch out into new areas of smoking...the q-view makes me hungry and want to try some new things!

Again, thank you all for the wonderful advice to date, and I hope to gain more knowledge from the experts!
