Thought I would give this a try. Purchased a rec tec pellet grill last spring have been happy so far. Grilling is what I have been using it for to date. Thought I would like to start smoking a little. I am still experimenting with the flavors of pellets and types of meat combinations seems endless but the work sure tastes good. I don't have a specific question yet but I plan on doing quite a bit of reading now, thanks.
