Hello fellow smokers. I'm Ryan from up in the northern part of the Green Mountain State. Just got into smoking about 4 months ago when I purchased a second hand, but still in good shape CharGriller Offset Smoker/Grill. So far I've smoked a few pork loins and this year's Thanksgiving turkey, but I'm hoping to find more recipes and tips on here so I can start making some more delicious stuff.

Welcome from SC, Ryan. This is a great site with lots of folks who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. Vermont is beautiful state. The wife and I made an auto trip all through NE 2 years ago in the fall. The scenery was awesome.
