Brand new to the forums. I own and operate the Laughing Chicken Farm in North Central Florida. I am planning to build a masonry outdoor kitchen with a smoker, brick oven and grill. Hoping to learn alot here.

We raise pasture based chicken, turkeys, ducks and free ranged eggs. We are in the process of starting our small flock of grass fed lamb and possibly pork in the future.

I had a homemade smoker for years that we did seafood in, it was left behind in our move from South Florida to North Florida.

glad to have you here

Hope you do well in your business. i really like the Free Range chicken and I am trying to find more Organic meats to feed my family. You can really taste the difference and we enjoy it much more then the chemical induced super chickens.
