    I love to Cook and Iv'e been Smoking Fish for around 12 Yrs.Salmon,Steelhead,Catfish,Bullheads.I'm from the Toledo Ohio area and I want to learn the Heats and rubs or brines for Beef,Pork ,Chicken.
