Oh man where to start.

I deer and hog hunt in SW arkansas on my dads farm, but I live in the panhandle of Texas. So I process my own deer.

I have a #32 electric stainless grinder, a 15 lb stuffer, 25lb mixer, meat slicer, stainless tables etc etc.

Ive got several pieces of equipment to turn into smokers, a proofer/warmer, and several server cabinets. So lookin to learn and share. Hoping to start curing and smoking some product.

Welcome,

Looking forward to seeing you build your smoker and helping out any way we can on your quest to learn cooking low and slow.  You'll like it here and don't forget to post some qview of your projects and smokes,
