Just signed up, looking for some new ideas. I've been smoking tri-tips for a couple of years now, using a weber kettle, which is a pain. But, just had the pad poured at the house for an outdoor kitchen, so ill be picking up a real smoker soon, and building it in.

Outside of bbqing, I'm generally building high end sound quality car stereos (not the bass from 3 blocks away thing), and high end home stereos. I'll probably post the build log of my last car stereo in the blowing smoke section, have a feeling quite a few people will get a kick out of seeing concrete/steel midrange enclosures in a car.
