Hello fellow BBQ Fanatics!

I'm Warren, Located in the Lone Star State.

I've been smoking for about 4 years. I recently purchased and Old Country Pits Wrangler offset(an upgrade from my old Char-Broil Offset). I love smoking anything and everything but i'm partial to pork.

I make all my own sauces and rubs and am constantly improving through trial and error. I've learned a lot from some of the old guys around here and a whole lot on my own.

I look forward to giving and receiving advice and just talking BBQ.
