New from SW MO

Hi all. I just found this site yesterday. I love it. I have been smoking for about 4 years now, but i am strictly a backyard guy. I Do smoke some for my work but no cometitions though.

I am 33 and live in SW Missouri, the Joplin area. I love to cook. I hope to learn lots from you guys and maybe throw in a tip or two I have learned.

Also, anyone in the Joplin area that has a smoke team and needs someone new, let me know. I would love to help out.
