New to this forum.  Found it searching for jerkey info.  I was a member years ago of the "BBQ List" and this list seems to have an abundance of experience.  Glad I found it.  Haven't smoked much lately.  I have a New Braunfelds offset smoker that I added a propane burner to and an upright box propane smoker.  I started out with the ECB (El Cheapo Brinkman bullet smoker).  Waiting on deliver of a dehydrator to play with.  Looking forward to a long and helpful association.
