Hey y'all, been lurking for awhile and finally signed up. Very avid hunter and do all my own processing and butchering, and this year I've decided to step up my game and move into smoking (sausage mostly) but haven't gotten a smoker yet. Been doing a lot of research but just can't decide on what smoker I want to get. Looking to go electric, within the 250 dollar or less range, or just build my own (which there are a lot of good topics on this as well on the forums), but just can't decide. Look forward to learning a lot from this place and hopefully be smoking my harvests before too long!
