Hello, my name is Devin, just bought a char broil infrared grill and the BBQ Pro smoker from sears to learn on, never smoked anything or seen anyone smoke anything so I'm the lowest of the ranks in smoking knowledge and am trying to figure it out. So far I'm doing what you guys call seasoning the smoker (learned that here too), see some smoke escaping the attachment and the grill itself, so a little worried cause I'm not sure if its suppose to do that or not. But all in all, lurked the web for information on smoking and each time lead me to this forum, so I am looking forward to spending time here.
