Homestead, FL.
Hi ya'll, I'm from Homestead, Florida.
I'm a weekend smoke worrier.  I've been using a Brinkmann Smoke N Grill smoker for about 20 years. I enjoy spending the day playing with my smoker.  I've made things like Beef Jerky, Smoked Corned Beef, Boston Butts, Smoked Turkey and more on my small Smoke N Grill.  I've just out grown the small size and lack of temp control.
This week I purchased the Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Edition Smoker.  After reading the forums on this. I did most of the mods already, still a couple more to go.
My first run on the BTML was 2 drunken chickens. They came out very good.

Thanks yall, I look forward to being apart of this forum.
