Hi, All
Im Ernie and a newbe to smoking. I have a pitboss pellet smoker for a couple months now. Just getting use to it. Ive smoked pork spare ribs, babybacks, a great beercan chicken and the household favorite beef short ribs. So much great info here. It really helps a newbe like me. Today im smoking meatloaf. Im using a great meatloaf recipe I have and using my own homemade barbecue rub in it and dusted with it on top. Again thanks for all the great info. Ernie
