hi all...found the site while searching for info on electric homemade smokehouses.

Our family has being doing their own sausage, jerky, bacon, etc forever.  We currently have a walkin smokehouse and with all our previous smokehouses we mainly use Black Alder, Willow only.  The homestead is 4hrs away from me now so I currently in the middle of a project to make my own fridge electric/wood fired smokehouse.

I will try to post some pics...  Looking forward to searching around here....
