New from Philly

Hi all, just joined the forum from the outskirts of Philadelphia. I bought a ECB on a whim a few weeks ago thinking it would be a good smoker to learn the art of charcoal grilling. (I have never used charcoal grills before!) I haven't had time to use it yet, but I have been studying the threads here and some You Tube videos to complete some mods on the thing. I still have a couple mods to go, and hope to find time next weekend for my first smoke! I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions about my new endeavor, and I look forward to hearing your responses!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
