Have a masterbuilt electric with digital controls. new to smoking but looking to try new things. Have been trying to make a sweet deer bologna but have not done to great yet. Have had good luck with smoked duck breast. Any tips or recipes for sweet venison bologna would be helpful. Or tips on temps and time to smoke it.

Welcome to the group!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
