Just wanted to say hi from Pa. Great site for all whom enjoy that sweet smell of smoke... I am just learning the art but have always enjoyed the taste and aroma of this form of cooking. I have purchased a beginner smoker "Char Broil Silver Smoker" and have somewhat successfully smoked chops and ribs.. I will try the mods for this smoker as described on this forum. I am going to do a beef chuck roast , chops & a Fattie for this 4th of July using the new information I have gathered from this very informative site..
