Hey ya'll, name's Josh, I've been lurking for awhile here, reading and learning, had'nt really realized I had never posted til I got called out when I posted in a thread.

I don't really get alot of time to smoke, but have done probably 250lbs of butts (including the 45lbs on as I type), a few turkey, a few small fryers, a fattie or two since I bought my first smoker about 2 years ago. I have a char griller duo, love the charcoal/stick burner, But bought a gosm about a year or so ago for ease of keeping the temp stable so I didnt have to babysit constantly, I love that thing.

I am into the rockcrawling/offroad thing and have somehow managed to become the club cook it seems like, so most of my smokes are for club parties or club rides.

That's about all I can think of for now, thanks to all the folks i've gained knowledge from by reading here!

Welcome to SMF glad you decided to join in. Have fun and happy smoking

Welcome aboard. Sounds like you are already hooked on this hobby. Beware, we are enablers here and it is only going to get more addicting.

Welcome! There's a lot of good folks here, and they're all looking forward to seeing some Q-view from you!

I lived in Elizabeth City for a few years, and I miss being able to buy country hams from the grocery store.
