Southeastern Minnesota
Hello everyone! I live in the southeastern region of MN and have just reacently discovered how to smoke food on a charcoal kettle grill. I have a 22.5" Char-broil kettle and have smoked a boneless pork butt and chicken quarters. Now I just need to convince my hubby to let me buy a bigger grill with a smoker box!

Keep feeding him great smoked food,  Hey it worked for my wife.  After a couple of years with a Smokie Joe I asked her about a Lang and she asked why I waited so long.  Now she is always asking if I am going to get the smoker going this weekend.

Welcome to the forum,  looking forward to seeing some Qview of your efforts.
