I started reading the forum while deciding whether to buy an electric smoker. You all made it sound so easy that I took the plunge and we've been eating well ever since...only a couple weeks. These are my very first pork ribs, tender and juicy. I am diabetic so I'm not using sugar rubs. I'd like some suggestions from others who can't use sugar. I found a delicious bbq sauce that's sugar-free so I'm not missing out on that. Going to try brats and burgers tonight.
