Hi GLT14 here, new to smoking from south central minn, bought a masterbuilt 30 electric smoker, looking forward to doing a whole chicken today, tried ribs last night good flavor but I got them to dry. look forward to this site and all the good info and experiance

For ribs use the 3-2-1 methid for spares and the 2-2-1 for BB. Hard to go wrong using them.
