New from Metro Detroit Michigan

Hey all, I am new to this forum and new to smoking.  I just got a Masterbuilt electric smoker 30'. Tackled spare ribs my first day Wed.  I am looking forward to learning a lot from this forum about smoking. I came across this forum searching for options in smoking Pork Butt. I have a lot of searching to do.  I enjoy body building, motorcycles, boating, lake/ocean and more. I am in my early 50s and starting a 2nd (new) career in business ownership opening a Home Health care company in the metro Detroit area. Looking forward to serving our aging population.  I hope to make some (forum) friends on here and continue to learn new thing about smoking. Thanks for the welcome and future advice and comments...Slightly smart a** I'm sure is included at no charge. Michael
