Just bought a Masterbuilt Sportsmans Elite propane smoker at Cabelas.  They had it on sale for $74.99 so I couldn't pass up the deal.  I've been wanting to try this smoking meat thing for a while.  I seasoned the smoker tonight and I'm planning to smoke a ham with it on Saturday.
