New from Long Island

Hi guys!

I've been reading this forum for a couple of months now and finally took the plunge and bought a MES 30" Digital smoker (with the nifty remote!). It just came in the mail a couple of days ago and is sitting in my living room, in the box. Now before I get admonished for having a perfectly good smoker still in the box, I caught a bad cold that day and just want to get rid of this bug first so I can enjoy my first smoke. I figure I'll have something smoked by the end of the week.
