New boy here from Kansas. First time to try smoking. I'm sure I can burn it faster than any one. That's why I signed up. Hoping to learn beforehand. Wish me luck! If not I have a new back stop for the range.[emoji]128299[/emoji]

Welcome to Smoker's Paradise.   Lot's of friendly, helpful folk here just waiting to edumacate ya and give ya some help in whatever you're trying ta do.  There's a huge amount of experience and advice available through the search engine but if you can't find answers there you'll always find lots of folk ready to help at the drop of a question.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
