New to the forum and absolutely no expert at smoking!  Currently own a Longhorn and really enjoy it.  Recently medically retired as Airline Captain.   Before that, 22 years in the Army.  These days I am a "Man of Leisure" and am learning so much from the forum.  Thanks to everyone for the great advice.  I had no idea how little I knew before I discovered Smoking Meat Forums!
