New member here from Kentucky.   ""Waving""   Hi to everyone..   I would like to first say thank you to everyone from this place.  I have gained alot of information from surfing on this site and reading everyone post.   Been Smoking meat for BBQ for several years, and mostly just been done by way of electric smoker.   I enjoy smoking and BBQ meats, But the only draw back was only had a small electric smoker, and having to watch wood chips and water levels every few hours it has gotten old, Not to meantion only able to do 2 boston butts @ a time.   So been thinking for several months of making/building my own smoker.   Well came across old '54 IH fridge and been stepping off into the build and getting things ready.  This is my 1st one and already have friends asking me if I will build them one, I haven't even got a good start on this one for me..   This will be electric build and working on plans for several different ideas to use or put to use for this build   ""  Using what I have seen and read on this site"...

I will say thanks again to everyone on here for all the information you have put out here for people to use.  I will try to post pictures of the build and how it comes along..

Oh yeah since this is and IH fridge it will be painted International " RED ". !!

Good morning and welcome to the Forum, "Can't wait to see the Red IH Fridge"
