Hello all. I am a new member from northwest Georgia. My name is Chad Taylor. I have been smoking since I could reach the grate. Just retired my old stick burner. Been having fun smoking on a Weber kettle for about a year. Just put my deposit down on a Shirley fabrication 24x60 reverse flow with a warming cabinet. So back to a stick burner in 8-9 months. I enjoy hot smoking, cold smoking, charcuterie.... I got smoke mainly pork being from Georgia. I cold smoke about 50 pounds of bacon the old fashioned way every winter. I enjoy dry aging steak as well. Look forward to being a part of the community.
