Hey guys my name is Mike from Florida,my dad used to own a Smoke house here in town when i was growing up and now i want to build me a small home smokehouse and try and make some of that sausage like he used to make back in the day,that stuff you buy in the store sucks!!!

Welcome to SMF Mike from another Floridian. I'm trying to get stuff together to build a smokehouse as well. Sausage making is the biggest reason I want a smokehouse as well but I'm sure there will be lots of other stuff that finds it way in there. Good luck and have fun
