Hi, my name is Adam, and I live in Arkansas.  I have been a frequent reader of SMF over the years, but decided to jump in for some help with a new build.  Look for post with pics in the "other builds" thread.

I currently have a Weber 22.5" kettle and a rusted out homemade double barrel smoker, hence the new build.  Any good fabricators take a look at my post in the other builds thread--I am working with an old commercial convection oven.
