Hello: I just joined the group, my name is Travis from Buck Creek, Alberta Canada. I just started smoking about six months ago with a Smoke Vault propane smoker, tomorrow I pick up a 24"W x 36" D x 72 T insulated food warmer that I got on an online auction, I plan to convert this into a sweet smoker. Once I have it in my possession and test it's heating and venting out, I can start too figure out a plan on how to proceed, any help and suggestion are appreciated. In June this year I went down to Myron Mixon 's BBQ School, it was a lot of fun and made me a lot more confident in trying new thing on the smoker. I have already found a lot of good ideas on SMF and plan to stick around and learn whatever I can. Thank you all.
