Hello; I'm Roger from Alabama and I really enjoy smoking some great food, I use a brinkman smoker.

I love hearing and learning new ways of smoking meat. I have recently Moved back into my parents

home and my day went tree planting crazy after we grew up and left. I'm in the process of getting rid

of some of the trees and he planted two chestnut trees and I was wondering about smoking with chestnut.

Hello and welcome to the forum, from a sunny and hot East Texas. You will find lots of great information and good people here. No chestnut down here so someone else will have to help on that question.
